This Privacy Rights Submission Form allows California, Texas, and Nebraska residents to exercise certain privacy rights. When you indicate in the form below that you are a resident of California, Texas, and Nebraska, the applicable rights will be presented to you.
If you are a resident of California, Texas, or Nebraska, you can exercise your right to opt-out of the selling of your personal information, as well as “sharing” personal information under California law or targeted advertising under Texas and Nebraska law, by taking one of the following steps: (i) selecting “Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising” under the “Right Request Type” section of the webform below , or (ii) enabling the setting in a browser that supports an opt-out preference signal (also known as universal opt-out mechanisms). For all other requests (to the extent applicable to you), you can also make a request by calling us at 877-677-2723.
Please note that these rights are subject to certain exceptions and certain of these rights are subject to verification mechanisms.

If a consumer selects this option – all other required fields must go away – we can’t ask them any additional information beyond what is necessary to direct the business to not sell or share the consumer’s personal information. From the CA privacy law regulations:
“A business may ask the consumer for information necessary to complete the request, such as information necessary to identify the consumer whose information shall cease to be sold or shared by the business. However, to the extent that the business can comply with a request to opt-out of sale/sharing without additional information, it shall do so.”
